Photoshop Folder Batches

Been head-down for a couple of weeks; I've been earnestly working on some material for eat3D, so I've been preoccupied.  So I thought I'd poke my head up for a simple trick.

From time to time, I have a ton of bitmap files I need to adjust in some way (anyone remember Debabelizer?).  Photoshop has a feature to run an action on all of the images in a given folder.  

Here's how to do it:
